How to

Place all ingredients except the chocolate in a big mixing bowl and whisk with an electric mixer. You can use a blender or food processor as well.

Line a pan with parchment paper and transfer the mixture into it.

Press it with a big spoon or using your hands. Make sure that there is no space between the whole filling. You don’t want your bars to fall apart.

Place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Melt chocolate in a double boiler over medium heat with a tsp of coconut oil and tsp of heavy cream.

When it’s ready, get your squares from the refrigerator. Cut them with a wet knife into 10 pieces.

  • Beat all ingredients using an electric mixer.

  • Press the mixture with a spoon to make it firm and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  • Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler or the microwave. Mix heavy cream with chocolate.
  • Take coconut filling from the refrigerator. Cut in 10 pieces using a wet knife.
  • Drizzle the melted chocolate on top of the coconut bars and enjoy.
