How to
Melt the coconut oil in the microwave. Add cocoa powder and mix well. Make sure that everything is fully combined. Add your powdered sweetener and stir it. You are going to get that lovely healthy chocolate version.

Line your muffin tin with muffin liners. We used bigger liners, but you can use smaller ones.
Cover your liners with melted chocolate, both sides, and bottoms. Don’t use it all! Leave some chocolate for the topping.

Put in the freezer for a couple of minutes.
Place in the blender- shredded coconut, powdered sweetener, and cream cheese. Blend until you get a creamy texture.

Get the cups out of the freezer. Add one big spoon of coconut cream over the black part almost to the top. Press with a spoon for an easier paper removing afterwards.

If needed, melt the rest of the chocolate again. Cover the top with it and put it in the freezer again.

- ¾ cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup coconut oil melted
- 1/4 cup erythritol powdered
Coconut Layer
- 2/3 cup shredded coconut unsweetened

Instructions
- Line muffin tin with muffin liners.
- Melt the coconut oil in the microwave. Add the cocoa powder and sweetener of your choice and mix well.
- Cover bottoms and sides of liners with melted chocolate. Put it in the freezer for 5 minutes until it's set.
- Blend shredded coconut, sweetener, and cream cheese until everything is fully combined.
- Add one big spoon of coconut cream mixture on top of the chocolate layer. Finally, cover the top with the rest of chocolate. Chill in the freezer for 10 minutes an enjoy.
