Doing the Keto diet involves trying as many different low-carb breads as you can to find the one you like.
Most low-carb breads are gluten free and very healthy because they are made with nuts or vegetables. You can also try high protein low-carb bread.

Technically, peanuts are not allowed on a strict keto diet because they are a legume. But you’ll be just fine eating this bread if you keep your serving sizes down.
Peanuts are a good source of fat and fiber, which helps keep the net carbs down. This recipe also uses apple cider vinegar, eggs, baking powder and sweetener.
We recommend using organic and unfiltered apple cider vinegar with the “mother” because it contains naturally healing nutrients and enzymes. Other brands of apple cider vinegar that are highly processed do not contain the same nutrients because they have been killed off during the heating process.
Research shows that apple cider vinegar contains natural antibacterial properties to help fight the common cold. It also has a sweet taste to help flavor your low-carb bread without the added sugars or carbs.
The great thing about this recipe is that it does not contain flour. Traditional bread contains white or wheat enriched flour, which is highly inflammatory and contributes to conditions such as obesity, type 2 diabetes, and heart disease.
If you don’t have peanut butter on hand, then you can use other nut butter. Keto-friendly nut butters include macadamia, almond, and pecan butter. You can also use seed butter.
Seeds tend to be higher in fiber and lower in carbs than many nuts, but they still contain as many healthy fats.
To make, start by preheating the oven and greasing a small bread mold.
Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl by hand or with a mixture until a smooth consistency is obtained.
Pour mixture into the bread pan.
Bake for 25 minutes at 300 degrees until golden brown.
You can serve the bread as is or smooth on ghee or coconut oil when it’s still hot.
Flourless Peanut Butter Bread
- 1 cup peanut butter smooth
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp butter for greasing
- 1 tbsp erythritol optional
- Preheat the oven to 300F.
- Lightly butter a rectangular mold for bread (small).
- Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Put the mixture in the mold and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
