Instructions
Beat all ingredients using an electric mixer.
Transfer the mixture in a lined pan with parchment paper.
Press the mixture with a spoon to make it firm and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler or the microwave. Mix heavy cream with chocolate.
Take coconut filling from the refrigerator. Cut in 10 pieces using a wet knife.
Drizzle the melted chocolate on top of the coconut bars and enjoy.
