In a small mixing bowl combine powdered erythritol, full-fat cream cheese, and coconut butter.
Like we said at the beginning, let the cream cheese at the room temperature and melt coconut butter in the microwave. They are going to be soft and easy for mixing.
Use a spoon or a fork and combine them. Make 6 balls on a plate. The shape of a ball is not important right now because the mixture is still soft.
Put them in the freezer for 5 minutes. Blend dark chocolate and peanuts and transfer into a small bowl.
Get cheesecake balls from the freezer and improve the shape with your hands. You will see the filling become easier for rolling. Simply roll each ball into a chocolate-peanuts mixture.
Squeeze gently with your hands as you roll them so that the chocolate and peanut pieces are glued to the cheesecake.
