Keto Coconut Bread Low Carb Recipe

Keto bread is one very good substitution for regular every-day bread from the bakery. It has coconut flavor with oregano on top and it tastes yummy. You need to put the bread into the oven and start baking. That’s the perfect time to smell how delicious it is.

We are just used to bakery products with their very high carb percentage. They are high in sugars as well. That’s the number one reason why all of us can eat that much and still feel like we can eat even more.

You can already assume – the more sugar you eat, the more you want to eat. This is the perfect way of developing some diseases, like sugar problems, hypertension, heart issues, etc.

But this is not the case with our bread! A high-fat percentage is allowed if you are one of the keto followers.

Spread some butter, add a pinch of salt and you will be back right to the childhood. Or add more coconut and drizzle with melted dark chocolate. Your perfect snack on the go is ready.

Put some bread slices in the food container and take it with you. Anytime you feel hungry or you miss that piece of bread with some food, just open the bag and grab one piece.

We use sesame seeds and oregano for the topping. Feel free to use some other flavourings or seeds. Seeds are full of healthy fats that your body needs for the normal function of the hormones, especially those which are made from fats.

Liposoluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) need fats as well for their synthesizing. You should always try to live this life to its finest, with the healthiest mind and soul.
