Instructions
Combine cream cheese, powdered erythritol and melted coconut butter in a small bowl. Mix with a spoon until well combined.
Shape them into 6 balls and put them in the freezer for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, blend dark chocolate and peanuts to make the crumbs.
Roll each cheese-coconut ball into a chocolate-peanuts mixture. Enjoy. Store the rest in the fridge for later use.
