For this recipe, we make a filling with cream cheese, mayo, Parmesan, and seasonings. You get so many different flavors in this small dish.
First, cream cheese gives a soft and creamy texture, and the second, a mix of seasonings, makes this whole dish even tastier with their exciting flavors.
Whenever you decide to make them, try some other ingredients, and find which work best for you. Switch mayo for mustard, Parmesan for some shredded Gouda, and add some meat, like sausage maybe.

Try to find the most quality squid. If you use frozen ones as we do, weight them after defrosting
Preheat the oven to 375F.
In a small bowl, combine full-fat cream cheese, mayo, and Parmesan, season with salt, pepper, dried parsley, and rosemary.
Cut squids in the center with a knife.
Then fill each squid with the cheese filling. Use toothpicks to close them.
Place squids on the parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
That’s it! Easy-peasy! Squeeze some lemon juice and hot sauce such as sriracha sauce when you serve them! Enjoy!
Keto Stuffed Squid
- Preheat the oven to 375F.
- Line a small baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients except the squid using a fork or a spoon.
- Cut each squid tube in the center with a knife.
- Fill them with the cheese mix and secure them using a toothpick.
- Transfer squids on the baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes.
- Once done, serve them warm and enjoy with a big bowl of salad.
