How to
Preheat the oven to 375F.
In a small bowl, combine full-fat cream cheese, mayo, and Parmesan, season with salt, pepper, dried parsley, and rosemary.

Cut squids in the center with a knife.

Then fill each squid with the cheese filling. Use toothpicks to close them.

Place squids on the parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

That’s it! Easy-peasy! Squeeze some lemon juice and hot sauce such as sriracha sauce when you serve them! Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 8 oz squid defrosted
- 2/3 cup cream cheese full-fat
- 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 cup mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp parsley dried
- 1 tsp rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375F.
- Line a small baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients except the squid using a fork or a spoon.
- Cut each squid tube in the center with a knife.
- Fill them with the cheese mix and secure them using a toothpick.
- Transfer squids on the baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes.
- Once done, serve them warm and enjoy with a big bowl of salad.
