Easy Cheesy Keto Garlic Bread

What is the secret for all keto bakery goods? Cheese! You can use it for the fathead dough to make pizzas, bagels, and bread. So, we are making one fantastic Cheesy Keto Garlic Bread.

We all know regular bread isn’t keto-friendly. Most store-bought keto bread brands contain at least one non-keto ingredient. So if you love baking, try making low-carb bread at home.

Gouda, mozzarella, and cream cheese are the basis of this recipe. They make the bread crispy on the outside and pillowy on the inside. Thanks to the addition of garlic powder and chopped leek, it has a delicious flavor.

Our recipe also calls for a small amount of almond flour to help bind all of the ingredients. Almond flour is an excellent source of monounsaturated fatty acids, which have been shown to help support heart health, reduce body weight and improve body composition, and assist with glycemic control in subjects with type 2 diabetes (*).

Almonds are also a good source of vitamin E, which is a fat-soluble vitamin with antioxidant abilities in the body. Vitamin E has been shown to fight oxidation that is linked to numerous conditions, such as aging, cancer, cataracts, and arthritis. Vitamin E also protects the heart by reducing platelet hyperaggregation and clumping (*).

One of the best things about the keto diet is you can make your favorite high-carb meals with fats and proteins only to reduce the carb count. You don’t even have to worry whether that meal is healthy or not.
