Grate zucchini then place it in the kitchen towel. Try to squeeze as much water as you can. You don’t want water in your breadsticks.
Preheat the oven to 425F.
In a medium bowl combine zucchini, one egg, parmesan, white cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, white onion powder, and smoked paprika.
Mix to combine everything together.
Place the mixture on a lined baking tray with parchment paper. Use a bigger tray to get thicker breadsticks.
Top with more grated cheese, oregano and sesame seed.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

Keto Zucchini Breadsticks
- Preheat the oven to 425F.
- Grate zucchini in a big bowl and use a kitchen towel or cheese cloth to squeeze the water out.
- Mix zucchini with cheeses, egg, and spices (smoked paprika, white onion powder, salt and pepper).
- Place on the lined baking tray.
- Top with more grated cheese, oregano and sesame seeds.
- Bake for 15 minutes until the cheeses are melted with golden edges.
