Keto Corn Dog Muffins Low Carb Recipe

These muffins taste like real pastries from the bakery, but with fewer calories from carbs and more calories from fats. They are definitely keto-approved and keto-friendly!

They remind us of childhood when we were walking around with our parents and smelled the flavor of fresh baked hot dogs on the street. So many memories were packed into those small bites. You are going to feel the same.

Additionally, these Keto Corn Dog Muffins are so easy to make. There is no need to roll them with your hands. All you need to do is pour the mixture into muffin molds and put the hot dog into the center of each. They are the perfect lunch for your children because they are bite-sized, fun, and sugar-free.

Adults will love them too because they don’t cause brain fog, digestive upset, or indigestion like traditional corn dog muffins do. They are also portable and can be frozen for snack time later.

When picking out the hot dog or sausage, watch out for overly-processed brands that contain added sugars, antibiotics, and other chemicals. Look for an organic brand that uses naturally-occurring preservatives and no refined sugars.

Almonds are the primary ingredient in this recipe. They are an excellent source of fiber, healthy fats, and vitamin E. Research shows that vitamin E has antioxidant properties that have been shown to protect against several diseases, including cancer, arthritis, cataracts, and aging (*).

Vitamin E is also beneficial for reducing platelet hyperaggregation, which can lead to atherosclerosis, as well as the production of thromboxane, which can cause blood clots.

Many beauty products contain vitamin E in them. This is because vitamin E enhances skin health due to its antitumorigenic and photoprotective properties. It can be used to help keep your skin healthy from the inside out. It also protects against sunburn (*).

How to

Preheat the oven to 400F and prepare a mini muffin pan.
