It’s time to make Keto Tomato Egg and Cheese Bites!

How to

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Add all ingredients in a big bowl.

Grate the cheese and add it to the mixture. Whisk with an electric mixer.

Make sure to break up the cream cheese while stirring. We suggest you leave the cream cheese at room temperature for a while first and then add to the mixture.

Add your seasoning, salt, pepper, and oregano and stir. Let the mixture sit on a counter for 10 minutes. Coconut flour has to absorb some of the moisture. Don’t forget this step!

Fill about 3/4 each cup of mini muffin silicone pan. The recipe makes 24 bites.
