These easy, yummy muffins are ready in less than half an hour and are made with baked sausage and cheese dough. They will become your new favorite breakfast or snack on the keto diet!
In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for the batter. Pour the mixture into mini muffin cups approximately ⅔ full. We made 18 small muffins in total.
Cut hot dogs (keto-friendly) or sausages into 18 pieces (each hot dog cut into 6 pieces) then place each piece into the center of the muffin.
Bake them in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden. Serve them warm with your favorite topping and enjoy.
