How to
Place ground chicken, tahini, and coconut flour in a medium-size mixing bowl. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix with a fork until well combined.

Form two chicken patties from meat mixture. On a grill, brush some olive oil and grill the patties for 3 minutes on each side. Make sure not to overcook.

For the avocado topping, combine avocado, mayo, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well using a fork until smooth. We wanted to keep some avocado pieces so we mixed them using a fork.

Serve your burgers on lettuce leaves with tomato and cheese slices. Top with avocado spread and enjoy! You can also wrap the lettuce around the fillings like a burrito too.

Ingredients
For chicken burgers
- ½ lb ground chicken
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the topping
- ½ avocado medium, mashed
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 slices tomato
- 2 leaves lettuce
Instructions
- To make the chicken patties, mix ground chicken with tahini, coconut flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Form two patties from the meat mixture. Grill them on the grill for a 2-3 minutes on each side. You can also fry them in a frying pan with olive oil, too.
- For the avocado topping, mix half of the avocado with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Use a fork to mix the guacamole.
- Serve your chicken burgers on lettuce leaves with a slice of cheese, tomato and avocado spread on top. Enjoy!
