To make the chicken patties, mix ground chicken with tahini, coconut flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Form two patties from the meat mixture. Grill them on the grill for a 2-3 minutes on each side. You can also fry them in a frying pan with olive oil, too.
For the avocado topping, mix half of the avocado with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Use a fork to mix the guacamole.
Serve your chicken burgers on lettuce leaves with a slice of cheese, tomato and avocado spread on top. Enjoy!
