How to
Whisk two eggs with salt in a small mixing bowl. Heat coconut oil in a frying pan. Pour the egg mixture in and stir with a spatula until the eggs are ready.
Place three medium-sized lettuce leaves on a counter.
Spread cream cheese over them.
Place some leftoever cooked chicken in the center.
Add scrambled eggs over the chicken and drizzle with mayonnaise.
Place your wraps on a foil and cover with it like a kebab. Try to cover the whole filling with lettuce leaves. If you don’t use foil paper, you can secure your wraps with toothpicks.

Keto Lettuce Chicken and Eggs Wraps
Ingredients
- 3-4 lettuce leaves medium-sized
- 2 tbsp cream cheese full-fat
- 1 cup chicken breast cooked, leftover
- 2 eggs scrambled
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp coconut oil for frying
Instructions
- Heat coconut oil in a frying pan then add egg in. Scramble it and season with salt and pepper. Once cooked, remove from the pan.
- Place lettuce leaves on a cutting board or a plate. Spread cream cheese over them then place cooked chicken in the center. We use leftover roast chicken. You can cook chicken from scratch too.
- Place scrambled eggs over the chicken and drizzle with mayo.
- Transfer the wrap on a foil and close it. If you don't want to use foil paper, you can secure the wrap with toothpicks. Make sure to cover the whole filling with lettuce leaves. Serve on a plate or bring them in the lunchbox with you. Enjoy!
