Chicken and Eggs Lettuce Wraps – Low Carb Keto Recipe

Today, we are serving one suggestion for your upcoming lunch or dinner. It’s our Keto Chicken and Eggs Lettuce Wraps! It comes with lettuce leaves, eggs, chicken, mayo, and cream cheese. The best part is that you only need 15 minutes to make it.

You can make the filling for them however you like it. Bring them with you to work in a lunch box, and you’ll feel satisfied and energized all day. This meal is keto, healthy, and ready to eat when you open the box. Our wraps taste yummy, even cold.

It would be best if you had most of the listed ingredients at home or, if not, use what is available in the refrigerator. The process is the same. Place the lettuce leaves on the counter. Spread the filling and close them simply with the foil. That’s it!

If you want to boost the nutritional value of your meal, then consider using Napa cabbage leaves instead of iceberg lettuce. They are just as big, which means they can hold anything you put in them.

Cabbage has a heartier texture that isn’t usually enjoyable raw, but it contains more nutrients than iceberg. You may need to blanch the cabbage in hot water first, but it’s worth it!

Research shows that cabbage leaves have powerful anti-inflammatory properties that can be used to promote the healing of damaged tissues (*). One study even found that cabbage is an ACE natural inhibitor that can help protect against the coronavirus (*).

Other research shows that cabbage and other cruciferous vegetables can be used against the development of cancer, making it one of the healthiest foods in the world that you can eat (*).
