Our lettuce wraps filled with baked chicken and eggs are a healthy suggestion for your upcoming lunch or dinner. They are super easy and perfect for your keto diet.
Heat coconut oil in a frying pan then add egg in. Scramble it and season with salt and pepper. Once cooked, remove from the pan.
Place lettuce leaves on a cutting board or a plate. Spread cream cheese over them then place cooked chicken in the center. We use leftover roast chicken. You can cook chicken from scratch too.
Place scrambled eggs over the chicken and drizzle with mayo.
Transfer the wrap on a foil and close it. If you don't want to use foil paper, you can secure the wrap with toothpicks. Make sure to cover the whole filling with lettuce leaves. Serve on a plate or bring them in the lunchbox with you. Enjoy!

*You can add 2 slices of avocado in the filling too, it will taste amazing!
