Everybody loves melted cheeses! You will never make a mistake if you prepare these Keto taquitos for dinner for your friends, family or the one you love. Serve them with more melted cheese or tomato sauce. They will adore them!

Start the recipe by cutting the chicken into small pieces.
Cook chicken pieces using one teaspoon coconut oil in a small pan over medium heat.
Mix your flavourings. We use smoked paprika, white onion powder, salt, and pepper. Feel free to use any kind of flavour you like the most. Just make sure to mix whatever flavours you choose in a small bowl first and then add to the chicken.
Let the chicken pieces absorb all the flavourings. Mix them with a spoon or with a spatula for 6-7 minutes. Maybe you are not going to see clearly when they are baked enough. So if you are not sure, try one piece to check if they should be cooked more.
Preheat the oven to 400F. Grate gouda cheese.
Mix oregano with cheese and divide into 5 bowls on parchment paper. Make space between each bowl.
Bake in the oven for 6-7 minutes until the edges are golden. Leave them for a minute.
Chop the baked chicken into smaller pieces using your hands. Mix with cream cheese.
Taquitos are best made when they are still hot. Flip them upside down and add one spoonful of chicken cheese mixture on the edge or in the center of each shell (that’s up to you).
Roll each and press them with fingers to close them.
Serve them hot with tomato sauce! Enjoy!

Keto Chicken Cheese Taquitos
- 2 cups gouda cheese shredded
- 4 oz chicken chopped
- 1 oz cream cheese full-fat
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp paprika smoked
- 1 tsp onion powder white
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp oregano
- Heat one tsp of coconut oil in a pan. Cut chicken into small pieces and bake in a pan over medium heat.
- Mix the flavourings – smoked paprika, white onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and add to the chicken. Stir with a spoon and bake for 6 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400F.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Grate gouda cheese in a bowl. Mix it with oregano.
- Make 5 bowls on a parchment paper with a space between them.
- Bake for 6 minutes until the edges are golden.
- Cut the chicken into smaller pieces and mix with cream cheese.
- Add one spoonful of the chicken filling into the center of the shells. Roll them and press with fingers for easier closing.
