Heat one tsp of coconut oil in a pan. Cut chicken into small pieces and bake in a pan over medium heat.
Mix the flavourings – smoked paprika, white onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and add to the chicken. Stir with a spoon and bake for 6 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400F.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Grate gouda cheese in a bowl. Mix it with oregano.
Make 5 bowls on a parchment paper with a space between them.
Bake for 6 minutes until the edges are golden.
Cut the chicken into smaller pieces and mix with cream cheese.
Add one spoonful of the chicken filling into the center of the shells. Roll them and press with fingers for easier closing.
