How to

Heat one tablespoon of oil in the frying pan. Add chopped chicken and mushrooms—season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is golden, and the mushrooms are nicely softened.

At the same time, boil the eggs in salted water. When the eggs are cooked enough, peel and cut them into tiny pieces.

Combine eggs, chicken, and mushrooms into a big mixing bowl. Add mayo and chopped leek. Mix with a spoon to incorporate all ingredients. Season with more salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Feel free to add some other spices or veggies you like.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cup chicken breast cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 eggs boiled
  • 1 tbsp leek chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a frying pan then add in chicken and mushrooms. Cook until the chicken is golden. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • At the same time, boil the eggs in the salted water. Peel and cut them into small pieces when they are done.
  • Combine chicken, mushrooms, chopped eggs, and leek into a big mixing bowl. Add in mayo and mix well with a spoon to combine.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Serve and enjoy!
