Instructions
Heat olive oil in a frying pan then add in chicken and mushrooms. Cook until the chicken is golden. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
At the same time, boil the eggs in the salted water. Peel and cut them into small pieces when they are done.
Combine chicken, mushrooms, chopped eggs, and leek into a big mixing bowl. Add in mayo and mix well with a spoon to combine.
Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Serve and enjoy!

*You can add half a cup of leafy greens such as spinach and lettuce to this recipe.
