This soup is excellent as an appetizer for any lunch or dinner with your family. We guarantee they will love it! It is recommended to prepare enough for a second ration for everybody.

Soup is something that many people on the keto diet have to watch out for. Most restaurant and store-bought soups contain added sugars, carbs and preservatives to keep them shelf stable.

Many canned soups contain unhealthy amounts of sodium and ingredients that you can’t eat on a keto diet. For this reason, it’s best to make your own soup at home.

Our recipe features a unique way to enjoy one of the best foods you can eat on the keto diet. Avocados are full of healthy fats, fiber, potassium, and antioxidants.

They have been shown to help reduce inflammation, aid digestion, fight chronic disease and support heart health. Plus, they are rich and creamy and make a great addition to any dish you add them to.

Not many people think to add avocados to soup, but they provide a great source of nutrients and also a creamy texture. Our recipe combines avocado with heavy cream, spices, chicken stock, and lime juice.

You can easily substitute chicken broth for bone broth in this recipe to enhance the nutrition content even further. Prepare this soup anytime you need to get over a cold quicker as the garlic will help naturally detoxify the body.

Or enjoy it as a weeknight appetizer to a heavier meal. It pairs well with meat-based dishes or you can serve it in place of a salad before your main entree.
