Line a pan of your choice with foil or parchment paper. This mixture is enough for an 8×8-inch pan or 6 inch round cake pan like in the picture.
Cut the chocolate in peace as it is going to melt easier. Melt the chocolate and butter over low heat in a double boiler. Stir until smooth. Add in sweetener and stir again.
Pour the chocolate fudge mixture into the lined pan and freeze for one hour.
When the fudge is ready, dust with cocoa powder. Cut in 12 squares and enjoy.
