How to
Cut mozzarella into small pieces or whatever size you want.

Crack the egg and combine it in a bowl with full-fat cream cheese. Beat for a minute with a fork until everything is well mixed.

In a second bowl combine almond flour, coconut flour, salt, pepper, white onion powder and one spoon of parmesan cheese.

Coat each mozzarella cube with egg mixture, then with flour mixture.

Add olive oil in a pan just enough to cover the mozzarella cubes. Fry for a minute until the cheese turns golden.

Serve them warm with your favourite dip!
Keto Fried Mozzarella Bites
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup mozzarella
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 oz cream cheese full-fat
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1 tbsp parmesan cheese
- 1/3 tsp Onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive Oil for frying
Instructions
