Instructions
Cut mozzarella into small pieces.
In a small bowl combine the egg with cream cheese until fully incorporated.
Mix almond flour, coconut flour, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and white onion powder in another bowl.
Coat each mozzarella cube into egg mixture then in flour mixture.
In a pan heat olive oil just enough to cover cheese cubes.
Fry them until they turn golden.
