This breakfast option might not be available at all stores, but if it is, you can have the ideal keto breakfast. Of course, you need to hold the biscuit!

With the biscuit it contains 470 calories, 28g fat, 37g carbs, and 18g protein. However, you can eliminate pretty much all the carbs if you leave the biscuit off for an ideal low carb diet meal.

How to order: ask for a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit, without the biscuit. Or, simply just ask for bacon, egg, and cheese. 

Sausage, Egg & Cheese Biscuit

Similar to the above option, this breakfast might not be available at all stores, but it’s a great option if it is. Again, you need to ditch the biscuit!

With the biscuit it contains 630 calories, 44g fat, 39g carbs, and 19g protein. Without the biscuit you will be left with around 1 to 2 carbs only in the meal!

How to order: ask for a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit, without the biscuit. Or, simply just ask for sausage, egg, and cheese.  

Smokehouse Brisket

A smokehouse brisket sandwich comes with smoked brisket, smoked Gouda cheese, mayonnaise, smokey BBQ sauce, and crispy onion rings. 

You will need to order it without the BBQ sauce, bun, and onion rings. If you do, it will contain 350 calories, 27g fat, 0g carbs, and 28g protein. Having cheddar cheese sauce, for example, will add 4g carbs.

How to order: ask for a smokehouse brisket sandwich minus the BBQ sauce, onion rings, and bun. Opt for a side salad as your side. 

Classic Beef N’ Cheddar Sandwich

Arby’s shouldn’t be your first choice when eating out on the keto diet. However, it has lots of meat options, which makes it OK every once in a while.

You can get a roast beef no bun sandwich or a turkey sandwich with bacon and cheese (minus the bun).
