For the cookie dough

coconut flour

For the glaze (optional)

Instructions
Combine cream cheese with powdered erythritol then add in one egg. Stir until smooth.
Mix in almond and coconut flour to make the cookie dough. Refrigerate it for 15 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 370 F and line the baking tray with parchment paper.
Form ten balls from the cookie dough on the tray and use a fork to flatten.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until golden.
For the glaze, combine sugar-free marmalade with melted cream cheese.
Top each cookie with the glaze and serve.
