Instructions
Preheat the oven to 300F.
In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine ground peanuts, sweetener, coconut flour, and cinnamon.
Melt the butter and pour in the mixture.
Add one egg and mix well with a fork or with an electric mixer.
Add in almond flour and continue to knead the dough with your hands.
Place the dough on the parchment paper. Cover it with one more and roll as thin as you can.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
Serve cereals in a bowl with almond milk.
Notes
You can replace ground peanut with chopped walnuts or unsweetened coconut flakes.
