Instructions
Cut chicken in small pieces.
Combine shredded cheddar cheese, ground almonds, egg with chopped chicken in a big bowl.
Add flavorings and mix with a spoon until well mixed.
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Take one spoon of the mixture and transfer it in the pan.
Fry until both sides are golden. Take care not to overbake.
