Instructions
Cut the avocado, remove pit, then mash it in a bowl with a fork until completely smooth.
Add coconut flour, erythritol, and heavy cream in. Mix using a spoon until you get a dough that’s easy for rolling.
Use a spoon and your hand to form 8 balls on the parchment paper and roll them into the coconut flakes or shredded coconut.
Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. Enjoy!
