For the dough

cup
almond flour

tsp
baking powder
gluten-free

tbsp
erythritol
powdered

tbsp
olive oil
or butter

coconut flour

xanthan gum
For the glaze (optional)

tbsp
butter
melted

keto maple syrup
sugar-free, or stevia liquid

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375F.
In a medium-size mixing bowl, mix all ingredients for the dough until well incorporated.
Pour the batter into the molds for donut holes (Doughnut Hole Pan). We made 24 of them. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
For the glaze, microwave sugar-free maple syrup with butter until well combined and smooth
Dip each donut hole into the glaze then roll into cinnamon.
Serve them on a plate and try to save some for the next day! Enjoy!
