Preheat the oven to 390 F and line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper.
In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients: ground almonds (or almond flour), keto sweetener (eyrthritol or stevia, adjust the sweetness to your liking), baking powder, and salt. Beat eggs into the mixture then mix in cream cheese.
Pour melted coconut oil into the batter and fold in chocolate chips. Stir well to incorporate.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Sprinkle more chocolate chips on top and bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes or until golden.
Let it cool for a while before cutting into 16 bars. Serve and enjoy.
