It’s always a good time to try a good cake! Even better when that cake is healthy and keto approved! We are bringing one amazing sugar-free cinnamon ricotta cake that is so tasty and goes perfect with a cup of coffee!
In a medium-size bowl, combine ricotta cheese with melted butter. Add in eggs, erythritol, almond flour, cinnamon, and baking powder. Beat until all ingredients are homogeneous using an electric mixer.
Pour the cake batter into an 8-inch round baking pan lined with parchment paper. Use a spoon to flatten it evenly.
Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes until it's cooked inside.
Once done, remove and let cool. Cut the cake into 8 pieces and serve them with more cinnamon on top.
