cups
zucchini
grated and squeezed from water
½
cup
cheddar cheese
grated
2
tbsp
parmesan
1
egg
Salt and pepper
to taste

smoked paprika
1/2
tsp
onion powder
Topping

gouda cheese
or some other cheese for the top

oregano

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425F.
Grate zucchini in a big bowl and use a kitchen towel or cheese cloth to squeeze the water out.
Mix zucchini with cheeses, egg, and spices (smoked paprika, white onion powder, salt and pepper).
Place on the lined baking tray.
Top with more grated cheese, oregano and sesame seeds.
Bake for 15 minutes until the cheeses are melted with golden edges.
Remove from oven. Cut into small breadsticks and serve with your favorite sauce.
