Instructions
Boil cauliflower for 8 minutes to cook it. Remove from heat, drain and set aside.
To prepare the meat, in a pan over medium heat, add chopped bacon in. Let the bacon release the fat so we use this cook other ingredients.
Once the bacon turns brown, add onion, green bell pepper. Saute for a few minutes then add shredded cooked beef in.
Mix in the butter and sour cream. Add cauliflower in and stir-fry for a few minutes. Remove from heat.
You can put some grated cheese on top with chives. Serve hot.
Notes
*Note: You can add jalapeno, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese in this recipe too. You can also use chicken instead of beef.
