Ingredients

  • 8 slices mortadella
  • 8 slices prosciutto or any ham
  • 8 slices Salami
  • 8 slices Parmesan cheese thin slice
  • 8 tsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 lettuce leaves cut julienne strips
  • ½ green bell pepper cut julienne strips
  • ½ red bell pepper cut julienne strips
  • 1 jalapeno cut julienne strips

Instructions

  • First, cut the lettuce leaves, bell peppers, jalapeno and pickled cucumber (if usininto long and thin strips.
  • On a plate, add the largest slice of meat on then follow up with the smaller ones.
  • Spread mayonnaise on top then add cheese and veggies on one end and start rolling it tightly and hold the edges with a toothpick.
  • Repeat the process for all rolls. Enjoy!
